Welcome to Retro Mode! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Retro Mode mobile application (the “App”) and related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by Retro Mode (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Retro Mode

Retro Mode is a mobile app that connects to your Apple Music account so you can listen to your music through a retro interface. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple Inc. “iPod” and “Apple Music” are trademarks of Apple Inc.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.

• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service.

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations including privacy, export control, and intellectual property laws.

3. Lifetime Access and Payments

The Service is offered through a one-time payment for a lifetime access pass. “Lifetime access” refers to access to the Service for as long as the Service remains available and in operation. In the event the Service is discontinued, shut down, or otherwise ceases to operate, your access will end at that time. All sales are final. Payments for lifetime access are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not subject to cancellation once completed. No hidden fees will be charged. Any promotional pricing or limited-time offers will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.

4. Marketing Emails

By creating an account, you consent to occasionally receive marketing emails from us. You may opt out at any time.

5. Intellectual Property

You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Service without our written consent.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that harm us, other users, or third parties.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees about availability, reliability, or accuracy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service. In some jurisdictions (including the european union, united kingdom, and certain u.S. States), limitations of liability or warranty disclaimers may not be enforceable. In such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. If you are a consumer located in the european union, united kingdom, or other jurisdictions with mandatory consumer protection laws, you also enjoy any protections provided by your local laws.
